Change of Mind
Unfortunately due to health regulations we do not accept the return of any of our products because of a change of heart or mistaken purchase. As well as health products, all of our products are made-to-order so please be mindful and ensure that any product you choose is right for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us with your order number through our contact page.
Refunds
If you are expecting a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or issues a discount code depending on the conversation that has taken place with you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Subscriptions
By opting in to the Subscribe & Save option when placing an order, you agree to retain the subscription for a minimum of 2 orders (inclusive of the initial order). If a cancellation, pause or refund is requested prior to the second order, we reserve the right to charge the difference in savings from the initial order, as well as an additional 10% cancellation fee at our discretion.
Changes to Policy
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. We will post updates on this page which are effective immediately.
